Who are the Real Estate Agents?

SDA collaborates with agents throughout the states of Georgia and South Carolina.

No one knows the local real estate market like a local real estate agent.  With that said, not all real estate agents are created equal.  That is why SDA’s collaborating agents are pre-qualified in one of two ways before working with an SDA client.

If the small business owner comes directly to SDA for site selection services without the assistance of a real estate agent, then SDA can match the client with an agent who knows the subject area, and complies with the SDA’s agent guidelines.

Criteria for SDA real estate agent selection: 

If the small business owner comes to SDA with a real estate agent, then upon the execution of a written agreement between the parties, SDA works with said agent to find a site that maximizes the Client’s development potential, while staying on budget.  Under this scenario, SDA honors the relationship between the Client and his agent.  Thus, no prequalification is necessary.
