                   Here is how it works:  At the completion of a project or a project phase, we submit an 
                                               invoice to the project lead or client for payment.  Included in the 
                                               invoice is an area for client feedback.  We are constantly looking 
                                               to improve, and this is a tool to measure our current systems via
                                               constructive criticism and positive feedback from our clients.  If  
                                               for some reason, the client is not fully satisfied,he or she can use 
                                               the feedback area to explain the deficiency.  In addition, the Client
                                               reserves the right to pay what he or she feels the services were
                                               worth, and that includes paying nothing at all.                        

                                                    Why are we doing this you ask?

Because the industry norm must be challenged.  The breakdowns in communication and dissention between architects and engineers, design professionals and contractors, etc. must be challenged.  Poor service must be challenged.  Poor quality, the lack of respect for the environment, the lack of attention to aesthetics must be challenged.  Our guarantee exemplifies our commitment to challenging the industry norms.  If we do not succeed, then you do not pay.  Period.

• We approach each project with a multi-disciplinary approach.  Land Surveyors, Civil Engineers, and Landscape Architects collaborate on each project, to ensure that we gather complete and accurate base data for site analysis and that we design to balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
• We provide a turnkey site design solution for Clients who desire these services.  We have established strong relationships with highly qualified geotechnical and environmental specialists, as well as product vendors to provide a complete site design package.
