Project Snapshot

The 8.47 acres at the intersection of Log Cabin Road and Presidential Parkway provided many site challenges due to existing site topography.  Georgia Civil carved out a 2.35 acre parcel for
Aldi International and designed a multi-access site with a truck dock and 95 space parking lot per Aldi standards.  In addition, approximately 800' of road was designed for future development giving the site tremendous flexibility for use and parcel size in the future.
